Esthetician Study Guide ✦

Terms of use

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AQC Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company that runs Esthetician Study Guide ("we" and "us"). They apply when you use estheticianstudyguide.com or buy our books. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

Our books are digital PDF files. You can download them right after purchase, and we email you a login to a student area where you can download them again. Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

How you can use the books

When you buy, you get a personal license to use the books for your own study. You can keep the files on your own devices and print copies for yourself.

You may not share, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute the files, or use them to create a course, class, or competing product. The books and everything in them are © AQC Technologies LLC.

An independent study aid

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NIC, PSI, Milady, or any state board. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the books cover.

Educational information only

The books are a study aid for the esthetics theory (written) exam. They are not medical advice, and they don't replace your school, your textbook, or your state's laws and rules. Exam content and state requirements change, so always check your candidate bulletin and your state board.

We work hard to keep every page accurate. If you spot an error, please email us and we'll fix it.

No guarantee of results

We can't promise that you'll pass your exam. Results depend on many things, including how you study. If the kit doesn't help you, our 7-day money-back guarantee applies.

Limitation of liability

The books and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
